1) Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, but some internet exclusive deals may not be available via phone 08005200967. (Mon-Fri 10-1.00-2.30-5.30)
The phone line can get very busy so please leave a voice mail and we will get back to you.
2) What method of payments do you accept?
We accept payment from all of the major credit, debit cards.
3) Will I need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered?
Yes, all items will need to be signed for.
4) I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left?
All items need to be signed for. You could alternatively get the goods sent to your work address or sent to someone who will be in during the day.
5) My parcel/goods are damaged, what do I do?
Please sign for the goods as damaged when delivered.
Please email us and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue.
6) Can i send my damaged order back?
Please contact us by email and we will arrange a collect. If you send goods back to us that have not been arranged by us we will have to refuse the delivery for insurance reasons.
7) Can i swap my order because i don't like the colour?
If you are unsure of the colour of the blinds you want please contact use for a FREE colour sample and colour card. We post all sample 1st class and try to within 24 hours of request.
If you do want to exchange your blinds we will have to charge you a re-stock fee and delivery.
8) Are blinds Eco -friendly?
All our wood blinds are manufactured using FSC certified timber. FSC supports forest conservation and helps reduce carbon emissions and climate change.
9) Do i get a guaranty? What quality are the blinds?
All our blinds come with a 12 month guaranty. The blinds are all certified by manufactures that are ISO9002 assured and part of the British Blind and Shutter Association (BBSA).
10) What online payment system do you use?
We use Google Checkout payment system not only because it is secure and saves you money but also because it allows you to rate and review our products and customer service much like E Bay or Amazon. Our customer reviews and rating are totally unbiased and can not be edited or removed by us as they are controlled by the customer. We can reply to there comments privately or publicly if need be. We don't get it right 100% of the time but we would like to. Customer reviews, recommendation and returning customers are the signs of a quality brand with a fair pricing policy. Being at the top Google does not promise the lowest price and best customer service.
